I am proud to carry the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation as a symbol of my diligence in tending to buyers special and specific needs. This designation results from a combination of education and experience in buyer issues such as buyer agency, offers, negotiation and minimizing transaction risks. ABR status is conferred by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council to REALTORS who complete the training, testing and experience to provide the utmost service to property buyers.
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) offers membership in its Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network to select members who complete a rigorous training program on international real estate transactions and markets. The demanding curriculum includes study of the international real estate/business environment, currencies and governmental regulations, plus practical applications for transactions and regional studies.
The e-PRO designation reflects my commitment to using Internet and emerging technologies to advance client service. For sellers, it means I have the knowledge and ability to effectively market their homes to the multitude of potential buyers who begin (and sometimes end) their search online. For buyers, I have an array of electronic tools dedicated to finding the right home and buying it at the right price. For all, I maintain the ability to manage each transaction with optimum convenience and precision.
The RCC designation results from completing a comprehensive course covering all stages of new construction. This knowledge allows me to communicate effectively with design, engineer and funding personnel about issues such as building systems, materials, inspections, appraisals and terminology common in construction. Buyers of new or existing homes benefit from the extra information as they make key decisions throughout the process.

CRS Certified Residential Specialist has been a symbol of achievement in education and residential sales experience since 1977 and may be earned after successfully completing CRS 200 plus two additional Council courses and a minimum 75 transactions within the last five consecutive years.
